We also just finished the photoshoot for our official catalog. We brought in Francis Abraham from Paradigm Visions Photography. I’m pretty sure you know him. He was the photographer of Richard Gutierrez and Angel Locsin’s The Promise poster and was also the one who did a mock photoshoot/poster for the Starstruck survivors (Aljur and Kris’ batch). His shots were superb and so were his equipments. His camera alone costs PhP 500,000.00.

Oh, and let me share with you a picture of a few accessories that the students made during the 3 day fashion accessories workshop.

A Heart

Valentines day is coming! Hmm, I think I should just post this story on my love blog. See you there!

Did I mention I now work in the fashion industry? Like, I get to meet famous designers in the country! Plus, there’s no dress code. I can dress up all I want! For the first time, I am actually forced to wear something fashionable and glamorous instead of the usual boring office clothes. But the best thing about this job is the fashion events…

This coming weekend we’ll be having a fashion immersion. It’s like a shorter and less formal fashion show that showcases the latest collection of the featured designer for the month. The purpose of the event is to let the people know that fashion is a part of our everyday life, hence the term immersion.

For this weekend, Manila designer Gerry Katigbak’s collection will be featured. He’ll also be joining us for the event. He’ll be arriving tomorrow, together with some models.. aka HOT MEAT, goddammit! LMAO!

Oh how I love this job.

How was your Christmas and New year celebration? Mine was fun, even though I was sick during those days. Sucks, huh? I was sick during Christmas, and I got sick again during New Year.. until now.

Anyway, I mentioned that I resigned from my previous company, right? So I had my despedida overnight party on the 30th. We went to this cold spring, which I think was the reason why I got sick. Because we swam there at around 12 midnight after a few rounds of drinks and it was friggin cold. Imagine yourself being soaked in ice-cold water, that was how it felt like. It was still fun though despite the consequence.

My new work begins on the 4th and I’m pretty excited. Can you believe it’s already 2010? I am so excited to discover what’s in store for me this year! No more new years resolution this time.

Intelligence counts a lot. But personality speaks even before your mouth proves the power of your brain.

On a lighter mode, Christmas is in the air. Yahoo! I can’t wait for the new year to come. I’m sure you’ll have an idea why.

So my Dad just arrived and he’ll be spending Christmas with us. Yahoo! Unfortunately, not much chocolates this time because he didn’t have time to buy one. Aww. But it’s okay, I got a hundred dollars.

So last Friday I had my hair and nails done.

This is in preparation for the company’s Christmas Party which is on Tuesday, Dec. 8. I am no longer joining the department’s talent show because I will be the event’s emcee. Ack, I’mso nervous. My partner emcee is a lawyer who also happened to host  a local TV show, and I’m a novice. I mean, it’s my first time. Gad.

Ooh, but my outfit’s ready. I’ll be wearing all white.  But I’ll be bringing two set of clothes with me. One for the MJ Dance Production number, the other for my emcee outfit. Wheee. I’m so excited

For those who asked for the url of my love blog, I already left you comments using my alias. I use another name there because I want it to remain semi, if not, private.

Unfortunately, NO can do. I have work to do! Ugh. Who works during Saturdays and Sundays anyway?

So how are you people? I miss the online world so I’ll be blogging again. The company’s Christmas party is coming up, this Dec. 8, and I’m pretty excited. I knoooow it’s early, but the owners will no longer be around after that date. They’re going to Rome for the holidays. What a wonderful life. I wish I could be that rich.

So we’ll be having this talent show and I still don’t know what our department’s gonna showcase. Any ideas?

I haven’t updated for more than a month. I missed blogging and my online friends. How are you guys? I’m sure all of us were busy the past few months. A lot has happened and I don’t even know how to start.

Gawd, I forgot how to blog already.

Last night, I had my first date with another guy after a very looooong time. LOL. I have been in a relationship for so long I almost forgot how it feels to be single. This time, I want to enjoy my youth and all the attention. LOL. No more serious relationships for now. I’m taking a break. BUT… BUT… I have this tendency to easily fall in love. GRRRRRR. Nooooooo!! I wish I don’t, but of course I’m not closing my doors for opportunities.

I’ll be posting the complete story of this on my other blog. It’s still under construction but I’ll post the link once it’s up.

PS: I’m on a no-rice diet right now and it is very effective. I lost 6 lbs in just a week. 6 more pounds and I’m good to go. But if I can lose more than that, why not? =) Yeay! <3

My officemate, who is the HR Supervisor talked to me just a while ago and what he told me was really funny. I just found out that certain people in my work place have complaints about me. They said that I don’t say good morning and they find it a bit disrespectful and assumed that I am too full of myself. This of course made me laugh. Seriously. Of all things to complain, just the mere fact that I don’t say good morning? I’m laughing my ass out now. They’ll have to get used to the fact that I say “Hi, Hello” instead of good morning and good afternoon and what have you.

Oh how I love my job. ROFLOL! <3 <3
