Ever since my hubby started working, I noticed that he has become more and more- uhm, how do you call this- drawn to living room furnitures. Whenever we go out during the weekend, we would never fail to visit the furniture section of the mall. I always tell him that he didn’t really need to beautify his house because: 1) He doesn’t own it. He’s just renting it., 2) He is rarely at home because of his work., and 3) It was only a temporary shelter and there’s always the possibility of switching houses and more furniture would mean more stuff to transfer.

There was even this one time that he applied for a credit card just because he wanted to buy this expensive television with built-in speakers that is absolutely perfect for home theater systems. The idea was horrifying, if only because the price was ridiculously high despite having the option to pay in monthly installments.

Although I am no fan of such, I can actually visualize myself lounging in my own home theater. But there’s in way in hell am I going to go for the most expensive home theater systems.
